Frontend: The Portal
Framework: Astro. Zero-JS architecture by default. SSR with Node adapter for dynamic content. CMS: Strapi v5. Headless CMS that manages projects, services, log, and digital products. REST API with complex relationships. Cache: Redis. Responses cached for 10 minutes for maximum speed.
Backend and Operations
NocoDB: Relational database and CRM. Sales, inventory, and customer pipelines. Nextcloud: Sovereign storage. Replacement for Google Drive/Dropbox. Client portals with granular access. n8n: Automation. Connects the contact form with Strapi, sends emails via SES, and syncs the CRM.
Intelligence and Channels
Dify: LLM orchestrator. RAG flows to analyze regulations and pre-qualify leads. Chatwoot: Unified inbox. WhatsApp, web, and social media from a single self-hosted interface.
Operating Principles
- The Digital Garden: The portal is not a static CV. Each technical note is published and interconnected with projects and services.
- Client Portals: Each client has a folder in Nextcloud + a view in NocoDB for real-time tracking.
- Networks as Antennas: Social networks only redirect traffic to the sovereign portal, where I control the experience and the data.
